We are based in China and our service providers may process data in China, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

We keep your order and account data as long as needed to serve you and as required by accounting and tax law (typically several years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytical data is kept for a limited period or aggregated.
