Shipping policy

We are very happy to supply the shipping service for our customer. We offer free shipping on most orders if shipping to US. Please allow 1 to 7 working days for us to ship your order (shipping times may vary due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. political events, climate change). Please note that we do not process orders or ship on weekends or holidays.

Please ensure that all the shipping information you provide to us is correct. If you need to change your address, please contact us before your package is shipped. We will help you contact the carrier responsible for shipping, but we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss or delay to the parcel caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or by the carrier in transit.

Estimated Shipping Delivery Time
For orders from the USA:
6 - 15 working days

Rest of the world:
8 - 20 working days

The shipping period mentioned in the above guide does not include the order processing time. Orders are processed within 1-3 working days and the best courier service is selected from DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, 4PX or national postal services depending on the country and region.

Tracking Your Package
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the shipping label is printed.
This tracking information may take up to 3 business days to become available.

Lost Packages
Saraqiming will be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Please contact our support team directly for assistance at Saraqiming@hotmail.com.

Issues with Customs Fee & Tax
Taxes may apply for imported goods and are usually regulated by the country's law.Saraqiming will not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products.
