All PICDANCE products are crafted on demand to ensure freshness and quality. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us at support@picdance.shop before your order enters shipping. While we will assist in coordinating with carriers, we cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer or issues during transit.

- Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). These can only be shipped via Standard Shipping.
