RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy covers 7 days from delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

All PICDANCE products are carefully inspected before shipment to ensure accuracy and quality. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item within 7 days, please contact us at **support@picdance.shop** with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will work promptly to resolve it.

◼ RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:  
- Unused and in its original condition  
- Packaged in the original, undamaged packaging  
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order receipt/invoice)

 

◼ HOW TO RETURN

Contact us for the nearest authorized return address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about next steps.

 

◼ VALID RETURN REASONS

Items purchased directly from PICDANCE may be returned or exchanged under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect, Missing, or Damaged Items  
   Please inspect your order upon receipt. If anything is missing, incorrect, or visibly damaged, contact us immediately.

2. Malfunction or Significant Quality Issues  
   Please refer to the product manual first. If the product is defective or has quality issues that affect use, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

◼ IMPORTANT NOTES 

- Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, modification, or missing parts caused by the customer.  
- We do not accept returns due to subjective customer preference or ordering errors.  
- We are not responsible for incorrect orders or shipping addresses entered by the customer. Return shipping and restocking fees for such cases will be borne by the customer, and a 25% restocking fee may apply.  
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

◼ ORDER CANCELLATION

To cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of final payment. Once the order enters processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Approved cancellations receive a full refund.

 

◼ REFUND PROCESS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you regarding the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

 

◼ DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days:  
1. Verify with your bank or card issuer  
2. Contact your payment provider  
3. If still unresolved, email us at support@picdance.shop

 

◼ RETURN & REFUND PROCEDURE  

Email the following to support@picdance.shop:  
- Order ID  
- Detailed reason for return (video evidence required where applicable)  
- Your full name and contact number  
- Shipping address  
- Company name (if applicable)  

Incomplete or inaccurate information may delay or void your request. If approved, you will receive confirmation within 3 business days.

 

◼ PACKAGING REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging, labels, and accessories. Clearly mark the Order ID and return address on the outer packaging. Use a trackable shipping method with prepaid postage. PICDANCE is not liable for loss or damage during return transit.

 

◼ REFUND DETAILS

Refunds are issued in the original order currency. We are not responsible for transaction or currency conversion fees. Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive the return for the refund to be processed.

 

◼ EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email **support@picdance.shop**. Once confirmed, we will provide a return address and guide you through the process.

 

◼ POLICY UPDATES

PICDANCE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the revision date.
