We are based in China and our service providers may process data in China, the United States, and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for such transfers.

If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Product appearance. Product photos are for illustration. Actual colors and details may vary from what appears on your screen due to display differences, lighting and manufacturing tolerances.
• Case compatibility and device protection. Our cases are designed for the device models listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to select the correct model. Cases provide everyday protection but are not guaranteed to prevent damage to your device in all situations; we are not liable for damage to phones or other property.
• LED display and battery. Our cases contain an LED pixel display powered by a built-in rechargeable battery, charged with a USB-C cable. Display appearance, brightness and battery life vary with content, settings and usage, and the battery is not user-replaceable.
• General "as is" basis. The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• No advice. Content on the Site is not professional advice and must not be relied upon as such.

8. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the Service, or products purchased from us. 14-Day Returns

You can return any product within 14 days of delivery, for any reason — no explanation needed. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a no-reason return or exchange, except where required by the consumer laws of your country of residence.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a no-reason return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition;
• Packaged in the original, undamaged packaging;
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Free gifts included with your order must be returned together with the item, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

All PICDANCE products are inspected before shipment. If you receive an item that is defective (including LED display or battery faults), damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us at support@picdance.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Defective and incorrect-item claims do not need to meet the original-packaging condition.

For these claims you can choose a free replacement or a full refund. Depending on the issue, we may resolve it without asking you to ship the item back.

Refused Packages

If you refuse delivery of your package (including refusal at customs or at your door), the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it, we will refund you the item price, minus the costs this creates: any import duties, taxes or customs fees incurred on the shipment, and the cost of returning the package to us, will be deducted from your refund. If a refused package is lost or destroyed on its way back to us, we are unable to issue a refund — please contact us before refusing a delivery whenever possible.

Taxes and Duties on Returns

For no-reason returns, the import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees paid on the original order are not refundable: they are collected by your customs authority and cannot be recovered by us.

Where a replacement or exchange is due to our fault (defective, damaged or incorrect items), all such taxes and fees are borne by us.

Return Shipping Costs

• No-reason returns: you cover the cost of shipping the item back to the warehouse we assign you.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover the cost — we will send a prepaid label, arrange a free replacement, or refund you without a return, depending on the situation.

How to Return an Item

Email support@picdance.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with the authorized return warehouse nearest to you. Please do not send purchases back to the address on the package or to the manufacturer without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not reach us and cannot be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm your refund or exchange. If a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

Want a different model or color? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. The fastest way is usually to return your unused item for a refund and place a new order; we can also arrange a direct exchange where local stock allows. If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item shipped), we cover all shipping costs.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — posting a refund can take an extra cycle. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at support@picdance.shop.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once shipped, they are handled under this Return & Refund Policy (see also Refused Packages above).

Sale Items

Items purchased at a discount follow the same 14-day policy — sale and promotional items are returnable under the same conditions.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason — our return window matches this period, and nothing in this policy restricts those rights.

Where We Ship

We ship worldwide. Free shipping applies to most destinations. Remote locations may incur additional shipping fees — if so, our team will notify you after you place your order before it ships.

Processing and Delivery Times

Please allow 1–7 business days for us to process and dispatch your order (typically 5–7 business days during busy periods). Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination and carrier; you can follow your package using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Shipping times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs processing, extreme weather, or public holidays.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link — you can follow your package there any time. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@picdance.shop and we will follow up with the carrier for you.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct. If you need to change your address, contact us before your package ships and we will do our best to update it. Once a package is with the carrier, we can ask the carrier to redirect it, but we cannot be held responsible if the carrier is unable to do so. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, any taxes and duties are displayed at checkout where applicable. Orders shipped across borders may be subject to customs inspection, which can add delivery time. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@picdance.shop within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date for lost packages) with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
